Cancellation Policy
All bookings are subject to Equilibrium Physiotherapy's Terms of Service, Privacy Notice and Cancellation Policy.Appointments can be cancelled online up to 24 hours in advance. You can access your appointment and details of how to cancel via your booking confirmation email, or please contact us by phone or email. The more notice you can give us, the better we can make sure that appointments are available for those who need them.
Late cancellations (within 24 hours of the booked appointment time) cannot be made via the online booking system. Please contact us by telephone or email to let us know if you can no longer attend or would like to re-schedule your appointment.
A cancellation the day before your appointment will be charged 50% of the appointment price, and cancellation on the day of the appointment will be charged the full cost. Non-attendance at appointments (without letting us know beforehand) will require payment for the missed appointment before another appointment can be confirmed.More than one non-attendance without letting us know will require payment for the missed appointment plus pre-payment for the next appointment.
